Fordham Feud: Dubai World Cup Guest Analysis

This may not turn into a recurring series, but at this exact moment, I happen to have cooperative friends and a competitive race. To celebrate the 2022 running of the Dubai World Cup, six guests found time in their busy schedules to provide analysis for Paddy’s Picks. Some know what they’re doing and some are trying their best.

After two days of searching, I only managed to recruit two uninformed individuals to contribute their opinions, so I had to call in a few ringers.

This is Kristina Stevanovic’s third appearance on Paddy’s Picks, and in her time as a contributor, she has developed a level of enthusiasm unparalleled by any other guest. Meanwhile, Chris Murray is making his debut for this race, and while he does intend to learn the sport at some point, he’s totally uninformed at this time. read more

Handicapping Roundtable: Whitney Day w/ Niko Konstantellis and Lucas Ludgate

It’s Whitney Day at Saratoga, and that means that some of the best horses in each division will travel upstate and run in some of the most competitive races of the year. It’s the second most popular day at Saratoga all summer, one where early Breeders’ Cup favorites will be established and new challengers may appear. Most importantly, it’s a day where even casual horse racing fans can tune in to watch.

As I perused the graded stakes for today’s card, a day featuring stars of the sport such as Midnight Bisou, Tom’s D’Etat and No Parole, I realized that I could use a second opinion myself.
